Cancellations & refunds

Before work starts

If work has not started (payment verified but inputs incomplete or not yet queued), you can cancel for a full refund to the original payment method.

After work starts

Refunds are assessed by stage: completed work and non-refundable third-party costs (e.g. domain registrations) may be deducted. You receive a written breakdown.

Faulty or late delivery

If a delivery does not match the agreed scope, we fix it within the included revisions or refund proportionally. If we miss the agreed date, you may choose to wait for the updated date or cancel with a proportional refund.

Instant digital products

Downloads are delivered immediately after verified payment. If the file is defective or not as described, contact us for a replacement or refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider, never more than the amount paid. Banks may take several days to show them.

This policy does not limit rights under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
