What we collect

Account: email, display name, language, password hash. Orders: the inputs you submit, billing details you provide at purchase, payment status from the provider. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

Analytics

Google Analytics (G-HPL3KNN2B9) loads only after you accept analytics, only on public pages. We never send names, emails, passport data, file names or URLs containing tokens. Account, family, file, preview and invoice pages are excluded.

Private files

Files are stored privately and encrypted at rest. Every download checks your permission. Shared links expire and can be revoked; a copy the recipient already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Family vault

Family documents are never used for advertising, analytics, search indexing or AI processing by default. Business staff roles do not grant access to family documents.

AI processing

When a service uses an AI provider, we send only the inputs needed for that task, never family files, identity documents or secrets. The service page states when AI is used.

Marketing

Marketing emails need your separate, optional consent and can be withdrawn at any time.

Retention and deletion

Temporary files are deleted on a published schedule. Purchased outputs are kept for the period stated on the service. Some financial records must be kept by law.
