Who we are

Lekando ("we") is operated by Ahmed Hammam under the trade name LEKANDO. Contact: Info@Lekando.com. Company registration and tax details are shown on invoices once registered; we do not display details we do not hold.

Scope, price and date

Each service page lists what is included, what is excluded, required inputs, revisions and the delivery period. Before payment you see the exact scope, final price and the date calculation. Work starts after verified payment and complete inputs.

Your inputs and rights

You confirm you own or may use the materials you provide. We do not invent experience, certificates, clients, reviews or product claims.

Revisions and scope changes

Included revisions are listed per service. A change that alters scope is quoted separately (price and date) and needs your approval; the earlier agreement is kept.

Delivery and approval

Where a preview is included, you approve a specific version. Silence is never treated as approval. After approval you receive download access according to your entitlement.

Delays

If we expect a delay we tell you before the due date, show the previous and updated dates and your options under the service policy.

Cancellations and refunds

Guarantees we do not make

We do not guarantee search rankings, follower counts, platform approvals, legal certification of translations or acceptance by any authority.

Complaints

Send a complaint from your order or to Info@Lekando.com. You receive a reference immediately and a realistic response date.
